“ This place is bussin this time of year. The inside looks refreshed and outdoor patio is nice. So many crawfish and seafood options. The crawfish etouffee and seafood gumbo (shrimps, crawfish tails, sausage) were both good. Hush puppies were delicious! ”
“ Crawfish Cafe was much needed after a weekend trip away and a rigorous fasting period. We landed here after having a bad experience at a similar restaurant in search of a seafood boil. We got here on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm and even though we didn't have a reservation, they were kind enough to sit us on the patio. Our waitress came over with menus and gave some suggestions on what we should we get. I ordered a seafood boil with shrimp (wish they would remove the shell), clams, egg and potatoes. It was really good and certainly worth returning to. Parking was semi-limited so keep that in mind. ”

“ I've always heard that this Crawfish Cafe location specifically is one of the best seafood spots in Houston. I haven't tried enough seafood places to know if it's the best but it's soooo good! This was my second time trying it, I stopped by on a Sunday with my mom. The parking is a little limited and the restaurant itself was pretty busy. I had a 1/2 lb of headless shrimp with mild Kickin' Cajun seasoning, corn, potatoes, and white rice. The flavor was so good! I really enjoyed it. My mom really liked hers as well which had a coconut seasoning. The food is good, the only downside is how long you have to wait for it. We waited half an hour for our food which feels like an eternity when you're hungry. Besides the long wait times and crappy parking, it's definitely worth trying! ”
“ I was craving shrimp and grits, and decided to try Crawfish Cafe in the Heights. They have online ordering for pickup and I took advantage. I was able to schedule pickup even though it wasn't opened for the day. Pickup was quick and I was in and out in about 15 seconds, after verifying the last 4 digits of my phone number. Even though I was inside for a short amount of time, I could tell that the interior was clean. The layout seemed like it had a good atmosphere. The staff member who handed me the order was polite and thanked me on the way out. The food was exactly what I wanted. I even added an order of fried okra which was a great value for the price. Overall, a great experience. I'll be back to try out the gumbo and for some crawfish when the season starts. ”
“ Got the smack pack and some broiled oysters to go. Oysters were delicious and with a good amount of bread. Smack pack was pretty good too. They even brought it out to my car after I ordered it online which was nice and you can just check in from your phone. There was so much food we ate the leftovers for lunch the next day. I'm sad they didn't have the tamarind flavor that they use to because that seasoning for the boil was what I had looked forward to moving back. ”
“ I'm from Los Angeles and I love Boiling Crab. However, Crawfish Cafe is built different. The variety of sauce & how strong everything is greatly surpasses Boiling Crab for me. The flavor of the shrimp is unreal and will have you itching for more. Service is amazing & we went on a weekend afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I highly recommend Crawfish Cafe for anyone who enjoys seafood boil. ”
“ The crawfish was seasoned super well and the service is efficient. I got a 1/2 pound of crawfish and a 1/2 pound of shrimp with potatoes, corn, and sausage and it satisfied my seafood craving. I got the mix blend with all my seafood and the sauce was PACKED with bold Cajun flavors and just spicy enough for me. The parking lot is small but there is street parking in the back. Will definitely be coming back! ”
